NOTES:

-Before importing your .csv file make sure that any custom categories or campuses have been created in Church Metrics.

-All Categories and Campuses are case sensitive, be sure that they match in the document and online

-You must be logged in as an Administrator on the account to be able to import data.

-You must be logged in as an Administrator on the account to be able to import previous data.

Go to Records

  1. Click on the "Admin" link in from the profile drop down

Download Sample .CSV

The "Download Sample CSV file" will download a template .csv file that will include the proper headers for the .csv document. If you "download the sample CSV headers file" Church Metrics will download a document that only contains the headers for the documents but will not contain any sample data.

Add Data to CSV

Campus Slug refers to the campus name and must match the campus you have already created. The same applies for the category name.

The Value and Service Date and Time will be add to Church Metrics on import.

When filling in the information, be sure not to use any special characters ($,&*), be sure to not include commas in numbers larger than 4 digits.

Import CSV

Once you have completed formatting the cell, save your file as a .csv and export. Log back into your account select "Choose File" and select "Import".
